Alvin:- Hahaha yea a picture of happiness....

and i think yea, i think what really pisses me off is that all our Radio stations claim
to have VARIETY....but all of them sound the SAME.

Hitz Fm, Fly Fm, Mix Fm, Red FM...i mean i've heard a song played on hits and then 5
minutes later i turn to FLy which is playing the Exact same song....

Even their programme's sound the same...

One radio station i really enjoyed (and still enjoy thanks to the net) listening to was
Triple J from aussie.

Don't get me wrong...it IS pretty commercialised and popular (it isn't an indie station
and is run by ABC broadcasting, one of Australia's media broadcasters)..

But Deejays have the freedom to play their own tunes...and introduce to the listeners
what THEY are listening to....something we certainly dont have here in Msia...

I geuss its all about the money, and who can within the shortest amount of time, take a shitty artist up into stardom. And its of course made easier if the artist is good looking and fashionable to the media stricken population. Sigh..
Good points to think about Dan. Some music on the radio does tend to "grow" on me rather than me liking it straight away. It could very well be due to the amount of times they play it..

people choose to be ignorant...

we as the young are too used to be spoon fed.... since infant years.... till now.

and it will be like this unless the person uses a part of their brain called curiosity...

what saddens me the most.... is that everything you see, feel and hear can be applied into life....
and that no one realises that music plays a large essential role.....

face it.... there's no point preaching to the masses which has no curiosity nor culture...

That is one way to look at it. But it is always nice to have sumthing in common, for this case it would be music. radiostations happen to help create fads after fads could bring people closer despite the lack of sincerity towards their own interests.. most of the time theyre just interested in other people.

wot piss me off the most is that they dont let the people choose their preferred music, steering evolution of 'good music' to hell. when shit music is made popular, i take great offence. who are they kidding?
